Skeleton Search specialises in Family History research making use of a wide range of archive and historical source material. We will detail the research in an attractive professionally produced report in a way that will enable further research to be carried out at a later date without the need to retrace ground already covered.

An ANCESTRAL CHART will aim to reveal the names of your 32 great-great-great-grandparents. An Ancestral Chart will cost £695, inclusive of the cost of obtaining certificates from the General Register Office of England & Wales, or from the General Register Office for Scotland. The Ancestral Chart will be accompanied by a report containing any official certificates obtained together with a summary of census evidence discovered, available maps and other material. Ancestral Charts are printed on quality A3 (297 x 420mm) marbled paper and are ideal for framing.

A PARENT REPORT will trace your ancestors back to around 1800 — if they originate in England or Wales and if their births were registered — through either your father’s line or your mother’s line. The report will detail the searches made and will include official copies of relevant certificates. We will also produce appropriate family tree charts. A Parent report will cost £695 plus the cost of supporting certificates.

A FAMILY REPORT will trace your ancestry back to around 1800 through both your father’s and your mother’s lines. A family report will cost £1200 plus the cost of supporting certificates.

We can supply PHOTOGRAPHS of most locations linked to your family history in the south of England. If you require photographs of locations in other areas, do contact us and we’ll tell you if we can arrange it. High resolution (300 dpi) digital photographs will be copied to CD with an explanatory index.
